📋 Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to define role needs and build pipelines.
- Source top candidates via creative outreach, events, meetups, and job fairs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screen resumes, interview, coordinate feedback, and onboarding.
- Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations.
- Track recruitment data and contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter, full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong business acumen with interviewing skills to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Sourcing active and passive candidates via networking, platforms, and referrals.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with drive for process improvements via project work.
- Experience with Lever (preferred) or similar ATS.
