📋 Description

• Lead UI strategy and development for high-scale web apps (React/Next.js/TS)
• Architect and integrate headless CMS (Sanity) for content delivery
• Build and maintain design systems using Atomic Design with Storybook
• Mentor engineers; ensure accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA+ and performance
• Collaborate with Design and Product for pixel-perfect execution

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript; Tailwind/MUI/CSS Modules
• Headless CMS experience, especially Sanity.io (GROQ/GraphQL) and migrations
• State management with Zustand/Redux/XState; front-end testing
• Experience leading distributed teams in Agile/SCRUM
• Strong collaboration with Design and Product teams
