- Lead AI Backend Engineering: Own roadmap, unblock blockers, ensure delivery quality.
- Build Production AI Systems: End-to-end AI solutions and multi-step inference pipelines.
- Architect Data Platforms: Scalable data platforms and pipelines for AI at scale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Algorithms/Data teams to ship maintainable systems.
- Elevate Engineering Standards: Champion best practices, tooling, and craft.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years leading a team.
- Production systems on AWS; CI/CD, containerization, and observability for AI workloads.
- Programming: strong Python or Rust; Python or Rust favored.
- AI/ML systems: ML lifecycle, deployment & monitoring; TensorFlow/PyTorch or CV exp a plus.
- AI-Augmented Development: Experience integrating AI coding tools into workflows.
- Data Engineering: Data pipelines and big data infrastructure experience.
