📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live.
• Drive scoping, planning, and execution with defined timelines.
• Lead complex cross-functional engagements with Solution Architects.
• Independently deliver light-to-moderate projects.
• Act as trusted customer advisor translating objectives into Cloudinary solutions.
• Own customer engagement and executive communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS delivery, implementation, or project delivery.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from discovery to go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Consultative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity.
• Experience with technical delivery concepts, platform config.
• DAM/Martech ecosystem familiarity (Cloudinary, AEM, Contentful, Shopify).
• Partner and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project and operational discipline.
• Continuous improvement mindset for delivery methodologies.
