📋 Description
- Manage end-to-end order management and logistics for APAC Japan.
- Oversee full sales order lifecycle and RMAs in Oracle.
- Prioritize orders to meet revenue and shipment targets.
- Maintain accurate records and KPI reporting per policy.
- Coordinate onboarding, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Communicate order status and shipment updates to customers and sales.
🎯 Requirements
- Bilingual English/Japanese (written and spoken) required.
- 2+ years in order management or customer service in electronics/manufacturer (multinational preferred).
- Proficient in Oracle ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environment.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- University degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
