📋 Description

• Act as strategic counsel to Product & Tech on compliance and velocity.
• Design and implement a scalable system to track regulatory changes across 30+ countries.
• Manage a global network of local counsel for international compliance.
• Lead counsel for the financial product suite, including payments and capital.
• Advise on data privacy, consumer and competition law globally; partner with Security.
• Support high-impact projects: M&A, partnerships, SaaS contracting, and global leasing.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Australia, England & Wales, or the US.
• 8-12 years PQE with in-house plus private practice.
• Experience at global SaaS or fintech firms; breadth across disciplines.
• Commercial mindset to enable fast business growth.
• System builder with scalable processes and playbooks.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and legal-tech.
