• Lead a Production Team to deliver the daily production plan for our dog meals.
• Drive safety with daily Health & Safety audits by squad members.
• Support operations to ensure high-quality output on time.
• Provide supervision and leadership to achieve quality, output and waste targets.
• Drive continuous improvements and problem-solving to reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align plans and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven production leadership in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-speed, high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Training staff against SOPs and relevant documentation.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and team communication.
