📋 Description
- Run asset evaluation from screening to diligence and deal structuring
- Build sponsor/investor materials and data room notes
- Prepare investor and board materials including decks and models
- Collaborate with VP Corp Dev, Co-CEOs, and counsel
- London-based, hybrid role with in-office presence 3 days/week
🎯 Requirements
- 2-3 years in top strategy or life sciences consultancy, biotech BD, or healthcare investing
- Medical degree or life sciences PhD preferred
- Strong commercial judgement; market sizing and valuation
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; forecasts and slides
- Clear writer; concise internal/external memos
- High ownership; proactive and self-driven
- AI- and LLM-fluent; leverage tools for research and prep
- Genuine interest in drug development and patent reading
