🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, Sales, or Marketing).
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and building trusted relationships.
- Understanding of Oracle, SAP, and VMware ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and close renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with CRM hygiene and cross-functional collaboration ability.
