- Collaborate with Payroll Ops, Tax, Finance, Product and CS.
- Operate in globally distributed teams with async work.
- Deliver accurate, compliant payroll; drive process improvements.
- Partner with internal teams and external payroll vendors.
- Mid-to-senior payroll ops expertise required.
🎯 Requirements
- Mid-senior payroll ops experience in Pakistan.
- Experience in multi-country payroll environments.
- Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations and reporting.
- Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical, detail-oriented with complex payroll scenarios.
- Fluent English; comfortable working async.
