📋 Description
- Own and evolve Marshmallow’s CRM operations across the organisation
- Build governance frameworks for CRM activity across teams
- Enable stakeholders to use CRM effectively and increase adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to identify opportunities and priorities
- Use data and testing insights to inform decisions and optimise performance
- Drive campaign execution with segmentation, scheduling and platform management
🎯 Requirements
- CRM operations/management experience in-house, tech-led business
- Hands-on Braze experience (a strong plus)
- Experience creating CRM governance and enabling teams
- Strong data literacy: analyzing campaigns, pulling audiences
- Confidence using data tools or AI-assisted analysis
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, focused on value
