📋 Description

• Own end-to-end revenue operations, including funnels, CRM architecture, and pipeline reporting.
• Build cohort reporting to track acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.
• Lead marketing and sales automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io).
• Design and improve the end-to-end client onboarding experience.
• Optimize advisor workflows and cross-functional processes.
• Own operational infrastructure and vendor relationships (custodian integrations, PM tools).

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of operations or strategy experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in data analysis and cohort reporting; build models and dashboards (SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Track record building scalable operational systems in high-growth environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; defines problems, not just solves them.
• Exceptional communicator translating complexity for executives and cross-functional partners.
