SoC Test Intern at InnoPhase IoT

📋 Description

• Assist bring-up, validation, and characterization of SoC silicon in lab environments
• Execute RF and/or digital test plans under guidance from senior engineers
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Python, MATLAB)
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Document test procedures, results, and findings clearly
• Generate test reports and data summaries for cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or bachelor degrees in electrical engineering or computer engineering (or equivalent)
• Fundamental knowledge of digital circuits and RF concepts
• Understanding of basic lab equipment (oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer)
• Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication across cross-functional teams
