📋 Description

• Build and improve AI First workflows to enhance product operations.
• Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting to changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Apply data-driven decision making to define and track product usage metrics.
• Use First Principles problem solving to design simple, scalable solutions across workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM to improve planning and execution.
• Design and maintain product instrumentation and telemetry for data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong experience with product analytics, including SQL and Amplitude or similar platforms.
• Experience working with product instrumentation, telemetry, or data pipelines in partnership with Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product or operational improvements.
• Demonstrated ability in building and automating product related processes using AI.
