📋 Description
- Own the technical relationship with strategic customers; lead end-to-end evaluations.
- Architect solutions across Prefect platform for data and AI-native use cases.
- Operate with autonomy; shape the SE playbook; influence product direction.
- Engage customers to design, develop, and deploy Prefect Cloud solutions.
- Build production-grade demos, reference architectures, and POC deployments.
- Displace legacy tools by articulating Prefect's technical edge.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a solutions/sales engineer, with >=3 years supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong Python skills; hands-on data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or ML infra experience.
- Deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP: compute, storage, networking, IAM.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, or pipeline management tools.
- Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), CI/CD.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-month technical evaluations.
