- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients using Constrafor's Early Pay.
- Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate clients on Early Pay Program features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or construction.
- Manage a portfolio of 20-30 clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions.
