Clinical Admissions Therapist (Iowa) at Charlie Health

📋 Description

• Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
• Present programming information to help clients access care
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments across ages
• Determine suitability for virtual IOP level of care
• Construct provisional DSM-V-based diagnoses
• Document client information per regulatory standards in EMR
• Assign treatment team and group schedules; inform staff of admissions
• Coordinate with Admissions, Benefits, Utilization, and Clinical teams for intake
• Collaborate with referrals: hospitals, centers, psychiatrists, therapists
• Shifts: 11am-7pm MT or 12pm-8pm MT; weekends encouraged
• Work authorization in the United States; native or bilingual English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable tech for uninterrupted telehealth
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with a wide age range (children to adults) preferred
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
• Independent licensure in mental health field required
• Independent license preferred; associates pursuing licensure considered
