About the Role

We are building a pipeline of Python Engineers with strong AI and Machine Learning experience to support current and upcoming projects across multiple clients and industries.

This is not a traditional backend role. We are looking for engineers who are actively working with AI-driven solutions, building real-world applications using modern tools and frameworks.

You will be part of a talent pool considered for high-impact opportunities involving AI integrations, data-driven systems, and intelligent automation.

We are especially interested in engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with the ability to apply AI in practical, scalable ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop systems using Python for AI/ML-driven applications

Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, automation, data pipelines)

Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights and functionality

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Optimize models, workflows, and system performance

Stay up to date with evolving AI tools and frameworks

Must Have:

5+ years of experience working with Python in production environments

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or tools

Experience working with data processing, pipelines, or model integration

Experience integrating or working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Experience using AI tools in development workflows

Nice to Have:

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks

Experience with RAG pipelines, agents, or automation workflows

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience working with APIs and backend systems

Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
