📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Advise management on legal risks in transactions and operations.
• Govern corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance for affiliates.
• Identify compliance gaps and propose policy improvements.
• Monitor contract lifecycles and timely execution of obligations.
• Conduct legal research on evolving laws and regulatory updates.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or LLB from a reputable law school; member in good standing of Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• 2–3 years post-Bar experience in corporate law, contract management, or in-house counsel; telecom preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in drafting and governing complex commercial contracts and related laws.
• Proven track record with Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, NTC, BIR, PEZA, etc.).
• Strong business acumen; ability to balance risk mitigation with growth.
• Excellent critical thinking; ability to research complex legal issues and explain to non-lawyers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined contract lifecycle management.
