Job Description

📋 Description

  • Research the market to identify prospects and decision-makers.
  • Proactively call and onboard stores via email, phone and visits.
  • Field activity 2 days per week, visiting stores and opening app profiles.
  • Introduce new partners to the platform and train them on using the app.
  • Work toward weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to maximise results.

🎯 Requirements

  • You have some initial experience in sales, including cold acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable emailing, phone and face-to-face.
  • You are fluent in Italian and have good spoken/written English.
  • Ideally located in Bologna or Modena.
  • Willingness to travel; owning a vehicle would be beneficial.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a valuable plus.
