📋 Description

• Build and evolve 3-statement financial models for profitability and cash.
• Own rolling forecasts, annual planning, and management reporting.
• Evaluate major initiatives to optimise margins and profitability.
• Partner with Data to create data-driven financial frameworks and insights.
• Collaborate with Risk for regulatory capital planning and licenses.
• Analyse performance metrics, growth, and benchmarking.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ yrs in Strategic Finance (FP&A) or related roles; fintech/SaaS a plus.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytics; work with data teams and AI tools.
• Strong corporate finance and accounting fundamentals; CFA/ACA advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ownership across teams.
• Proficiency in FP&A tools (Abacum, Planful, Anaplan) advantageous.
