📋 Description

• Manage Mollie's tax compliance across VAT, CIT, Transfer Pricing and employment taxes.
• Review and set up tax-compliant processes for new services and markets.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and align input internally.
• Collaborate with finance on tax accounting and VAT treatment.
• Support Legal/People on tax matters like benefits and mobility.
• Assist in automating tax data flows and reporting to scale the function.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree plus around 5 years' experience across multiple tax areas.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency strongly preferred.
• A do-er mindset — ownership and follow-through.
• Tech-enthusiast mindset with a passion for AI and productivity tools.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-tax stakeholders.
