📋 Description

• Own discipline deliverables and coordinate with clients/design partners.
• Lead small projects and support larger projects under supervision.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, specifications for systems.
• Maintain TEECOM docs in GitHub, DDL, Asana, and Callback One.
• Join project meetings and coordinate discussions with teams.
• Build client trust with clear communication and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 5+ years in AEC with Revit, coordinated modeling, docs.
• Experience delivering ICT/AV/Acoustics designs and calculations.
• Lead BIM coordination: clash detection and multi-discipline reviews.
• Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Asana, GitHub.
• Certs: EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), PE preferred.
