- Be the primary legal voice on regulatory engagement.
- Manage commercial contracts and corporate governance.
- Oversee compliance across the Nansen group.
- Structure activities under Bhutanese regulatory frameworks.
- Support product features migration to the GMC entity.
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE.
- Right to work in Bhutan.
- Experience in crypto/fintech/regulatory matters.
- Direct regulator engagement experience (MAS, FCA, or equivalent).
- Hands-on, able to work with stakeholders in a fast-moving startup.
- AI-native: familiarity with AI agent products and autonomous systems.
