📋 Description

• Own end-to-end billing and payments cycle: invoicing, collections, reconciliation and reporting.
• Own payment risk monitoring across the integrated hotel payments platform.
• Transform workflows into structured, scalable, automated processes.
• Handle three revenue streams: SaaS subscriptions, integrated payments, agency billing.
• Automation-first approach using platform automations and AI-assisted monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Onboarding and Product; coordinate with providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in billing operations or payment operations in SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on Stripe (billing/invoicing/dunning) or comparable platform.
• Experience with marketplace payments (connected accounts, splits, disputes) is a plus.
• SQL proficiency or willingness to learn; run monitoring queries and analyze data.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP) with large datasets.
• Automation-first mindset; build alerts and scripts to reduce manual work.
