🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, Physics, or related field
• 3+ years designing and implementing AI/ML algorithms; signal processing focus
• Experience across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, production
• Fast learner with strong engineering instincts and ownership
• Team player with clear communication; able to convey ideas to others
• Experience in speech, audio, or music domains - advantageous
