AI Infrastructure and IT Manager at Laurel

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day IT systems and endpoints
• Scale cloud-first IT infra (identity, device mgmt, collaboration)
• Own lifecycle management of hardware, software, and access
• Support internal AI tooling and infrastructure
• Partner with Engineering and Security on AI systems
• Maintain SaaS ecosystem and identity workflows (Entra ID/Okta)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure in a cloud-first environment
• Strong experience with AI tooling, AI Coding, and AI systems management
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), MacOS, and endpoint management
• Proven experience managing SaaS ecosystems and identity lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
• Experience supporting security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, or similar)
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
