📋 Description

• Ensure quality from raw materials through finished goods.
• Goods intake inspection and assessment of ingredients.
• Coordinate and review raw material specifications.
• Collect and log samples for microbiological and nutritional analysis.
• Complete internal and GMP audits; KPI reporting and actions.
• Support new ingredients and suppliers via inspection and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in reviewing raw material and/or finished product specs.
• Ability to interpret quality attribute sheets.
• Strong communicator with a conscientious attitude.
• Flexible, multi-tasking; can work under pressure.
• Manual handling and taste testing.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment; literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
