📋 Description

  • Fulfill the role of Receptionist at 360biolabs HQ.
  • Provide admin support to executives and management.
  • Manage main office phone line and direct inquiries.
  • Assist with records management per SOPs/quality standards.
  • Coordinate travel, onboarding and office supplies.
  • Support OHS and facility administration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Tertiary education or equivalent experience (preferable)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills (essential)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn (essential)
  • Experience with desktop apps and data entry (essential)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality (essential)
