- Fulfill the role of Receptionist at 360biolabs HQ.
- Provide admin support to executives and management.
- Manage main office phone line and direct inquiries.
- Assist with records management per SOPs/quality standards.
- Coordinate travel, onboarding and office supplies.
- Support OHS and facility administration.
🎯 Requirements
- Tertiary education or equivalent experience (preferable)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills (essential)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn (essential)
- Experience with desktop apps and data entry (essential)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality (essential)
