📋 Description
- Own accounting function end-to-end; close books on time with audit trail
- Build scalable processes: AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, equity
- Manage tech stack (QuickBooks/Intacct, Salesforce, Rillet, Ramp) and drive automation
- Own revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Own and manage the external audit
- Partner with Sales Ops on quote-to-cash for ARR reporting and commissions
🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience in SaaS or subscription businesses
- Built processes, not inherited them
- Strong US GAAP, ASC 606, SaaS accounting (ARR, deferred revenue)
- Experience owning the external audit
- Hands-on with tools — comfortable with Rillet, Ramp, and Salesforce
- Automation mindset; actively reduce manual work
