🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6 months retail leadership experience.
• 6 months hands-on retail operations (opening/closing).
• 6 months reconciling cash drawers.
• 6+ months Store Associate experience within Curaleaf context.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety and loss prevention.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and inventory.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in high-volume setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights.
• Multi-tasking with ability to pivot to other tasks.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong de-escalation skills for upset customers.
• Basic mathematics and computer application proficiency.
• Solution-driven mindset when dealing with upset customers.
• Strong conflict resolution in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work across all store stations.
