📋 Description

  • Develop and execute territory strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise and channel opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, close
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and technical decision makers
  • Work with Sales Engineering on demos and solution designs
  • Represent APCON at regional events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Maintain CRM, forecasts, and sales documentation
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support for positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Three or more years outside sales experience selling technical hardware or software to large enterprises
  • Experience selling into data centers is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong relationship building, presentation, and problem solving skills
