📋 Description
- Develop and execute territory strategy aligned with growth goals
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise and channel opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, close
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and technical decision makers
- Work with Sales Engineering on demos and solution designs
- Represent APCON at regional events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintain CRM, forecasts, and sales documentation
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support for positive customer experience
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
- Three or more years outside sales experience selling technical hardware or software to large enterprises
- Experience selling into data centers is preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong relationship building, presentation, and problem solving skills
