📋 Description

• Lead and develop offshore bookkeepers for high performance and accountability
• Manage targets across quality, productivity, SLAs, and automation
• Optimize month-end, payroll, onboarding, year-end workflows for efficiency
• Use data and reporting to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improve performance
• Manage BPO partner relationships to ensure high-quality service
• Partner with Tax, Support, and Product to resolve issues and improve experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting operations
• 2+ years leading or mentoring team members
• Strong understanding of S-Corp and Sole-proprietor bookkeeping
• Experience in a high-volume, tech-enabled services environment
• Data-driven; comfortable using dashboards and performance metrics
• Strong process design and documentation skills
