- First contact for users; onboarding hosts/guests; hours 9-6 EST
- Provide friendly, multichannel service via phone, email, chat, social
- Display self-discipline, productivity, and duties in a remote environment
- Independently manage a queue with an eye for process improvements
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight hosts and guests
- Identify trends and contribute to process & product improvements
🎯 Requirements
- 1-6 years Corporate CX Experience
- Experience with Intercom or similar CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable prioritizing competing demands
- Able to pick up new technology quickly
