📋 Description
- Lead and grow a team of Customer Reliability Engineers across hybrid, BYOC, and SaaS.
- Own after-hours on-call rotation for Sev1 incidents with CSA back-up.
- Run incident response and escalation for high-severity issues.
- Manage day-to-day tickets for deployments, upgrades, and performance.
- Triage deployment-related feature requests and bugs; route to Professional Services.
- Lead BYOC deployments and upgrades.
🎯 Requirements
- Have 5–10+ years of experience leading support for developer-facing products.
- Deeply familiar with deploying Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes across cloud providers.
- Comfortable reviewing, debugging, and reasoning about backend services and deployments.
- Own customer-impacting issues end-to-end with accountability and follow-through.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in ambiguity or high-stakes situations.
- Deeply curious about LLM use cases and leading teams building reliable AI support.
