📋 Description

• Own design of Member Operations workflows as productized funnels.
• Own the Operations Intelligence Warehouse: throughput, quality data.
• Implement statistical process control across production workflows.
• Build queuing and capacity models for staffing decisions.
• Encode standards into Policy-as-Code for automated quality gates.
• Lead prototype-to-Engineering handoff; ship models quickly with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ops strategy or applied ops research.
• Management-science mindset: throughput, queuing, variance.
• Deep SQL and data modeling (BigQuery preferred).
• Low-code/AI development: AppSheet, Retool, etc.
• Workflow design experience with BPMN or equivalent.
• Strong analytics: SPC, root cause, capacity, variance.
