• Make adjustments for product-specific needs during shoots
• Manage cables and power distribution for lighting and robotics
• Keep stages clean, organized, and ready between shoots
• Support stage changeovers and on-shift workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on studio/production experience
• Experience setting up, moving, organizing equipment
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Able to follow setup instructions and checklists
• Work safely around lighting gear, robotics, and cables
• Comfortable standing and moving in a fast-paced environment
