Staff Product Manager (Fintech) at Benepass

📋 Description

• Own Benepass fintech stack strategy, build vs partner decisions across time horizons
• Manage and deepen relationships with key fintech partners
• Ensure existing integrations are stable, scalable, and fully utilized
• Identify gaps in capabilities and drive solutions with partners or internal teams
• Align partner capabilities with our product roadmap and influence roadmap decisions
• Evaluate and onboard new partners to expand our product offering

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time building fintech products (e.g. card issuance, bank accounts, AR/AP, payments)
• Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance, processors, payment rails, and bank cores
• Experience working directly with BaaS partners (e.g., Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic, Treasury Prime, Column, Increase, etc.)
• Proven track record of owning both partnership relationships and technical implementations
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate complex tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners and executives
