• Build and manage a strong product team across this portfolio.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate.
• Shape end-to-end buyer experiences for home configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading multiple product areas or teams
• 4+ years of people management experience, coaching and developing product managers
• Track record of shipping products that drive measurable outcomes; product-led growth
• Strong product thinking with design judgment; intuitive and high quality
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM
• Strong product instincts for user-facing experiences and backend workflows
