- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email, SMS, social
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns for brand partner growth
- Manage marketing CRM and systems supporting campaigns
- Analyze metrics, run tests, refine targeting and copy
- Partner with brand clients on strategy; travel occasionally
- Report weekly insights and KPIs to leadership
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition
- Proven experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, automation, attribution); Klaviyo a plus.
- Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social, influencer)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency)
- Comfortable in client-facing environments with brand partners
