Senior Analytics Engineer at Tango

📋 Description

• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to define data needs and metrics
• Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines and data models powering analytics
• Develop and maintain core datasets for financial and usage analytics
• Define, instrument, and validate product and business metrics for dashboards
• Drive data quality, reliability, and observability; own SLAs for pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve data models with product changes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data-focused roles (Analytics Eng, Data Eng, or similar)
• Strong data modeling for analytics, incl. financial and user behavior data
• Advanced SQL and scalable data models
• Experience building/maintaining data pipelines in modern data stacks
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery; dbt familiarity
• Cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure; Python or R
