📋 Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and track recruitment metrics
🎯 Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proven experience hiring for engineering or other technical roles is heavily preferred
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Solid understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, or Computer Science)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
