Technical Implementation Manager at Paymentology

📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding to ensure seamless integration of Paymentology's solutions.
• Offer implementation services to new and existing clients in the card payment industry.
• Coordinate integration of services: fast feed, tokenisation, 3DS, embossing.
• Manage technical API testing and compatibility assurance across the Paymentology product suite.
• Prepare go-live readiness, including pilot testing and BIN certification with Visa/MasterCard.
• Support UAT and production testing; document outcomes for future reference.

🎯 Requirements

• Card issuance and payment processing knowledge; ISO 8583, scheme cert, tokenisation lifecycle.
• Wrike, Jira, Zendesk, and Slack proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving for complex API integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration with strong communication.
• 5-6 years of experience in technical project management, API integrations in card payments.
• Experience with scheme simulators and Visa/MasterCard certification.
