  • Troubleshoot payments platform issues in real time
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues
  • Help customers launch Mastercard/Visa cards in 60+ countries
  • Maintain accurate case records and follow up
  • Escalate complex problems to specialists as needed

  • Prior experience in customer support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Familiarity with the payments industry is a plus
