📋 Description

• Own full-stack development for our lending platform
• Serve as primary software architect and engineering manager
• Lead architecture reviews, prototyping, and code reviews
• Ensure high availability for origination, payments, and transactions (99.9% uptime)
• Drive AI-native development with Copilot, Cursor, and LLM tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering; ≥5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep full-stack: Java/Spring Boot, Angular, relational DBs
• Proven software architect with production systems
• Experience simplifying over-engineered architectures
• AWS infrastructure ownership: EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, CodeBuild
• CI/CD at production scale with GitHub or Bitbucket
