📋 Description
- Own full P&L for strategic accounts and drive growth.
- Build client plans mapping OCI's offerings to initiatives.
- Lead solutioning with practice leads; shape proposals.
- Manage executive relationships with VP/Director/C-level stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery excellence and monitor engagement health.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in tech consulting, services, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record managing $5M+ client accounts with full P&L.
- Experience selling and delivering technology consulting engagements.
- Experience building strategic account plans with forecasts and pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering, cloud, AI/GenAI, data.
- Experience engaging VP/Director level clients.
- Ability to lead solutioning conversations and negotiate contracts.
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting, margins, utilization.
