  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Identify and develop new clients across the region.

  • Negotiate terms and collaborate with legal/finance on agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand Paymentology's regional presence.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Business Development in fintech/payments.
  • Strong knowledge of cards/payments, with issuing landscape.
  • High attention to detail; understand market economics.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking across time zones.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; define priorities and deliver against goals.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and identify key decision-makers.
  • English: exceptional verbal and written communication.
