- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Identify and develop new clients across the region.
- Build and manage a robust annual sales pipeline with milestones.
- Negotiate terms and collaborate with legal/finance on agreements.
- Drive revenue growth and expand Paymentology's regional presence.
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years of Business Development in fintech/payments.
- Strong knowledge of cards/payments, with issuing landscape.
- High attention to detail; understand market economics.
- Excellent time management and multitasking across time zones.
- Self-motivated and proactive; define priorities and deliver against goals.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and identify key decision-makers.
- English: exceptional verbal and written communication.
