Director Strategic Partnerships (Semiconductor) at Ethernovia

📋 Description

• Build/maintain relationships with AI platform teams in automotive/robotics.
• Position Ethernovia solutions in automotive/robotics reference designs and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support strategic engagements and execution.
• Identify new partnership opportunities across ecosystems and joint GTM.
• Engage with semiconductor hardware architects on Ethernet, SerDes, PHY, and sensors.
• Think strategically about ecosystems and long-term platform positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, or technical sales in semiconductors or AI infrastructure.
• Existing relationships across Silicon Valley AI and semiconductor ecosystem; Nice-to-have: ROS/ROS2, CUDA.
• Strong technical understanding of Ethernet networking, high-speed interconnects, SerDes, PHY or sensor networks.
• Experience driving silicon or platform technologies into strategic customer programs or reference designs.
• Proven ability to navigate large cross-functional organizations and complex partnership cycles.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field; MS or MBA preferred.
