📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze KPIs for accounting ops and act on improvements
• Streamline cash application and payment reconciliation
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement automation tools
• Conduct regular training on accounting policies and procedures
• Develop internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance
• Coordinate ad hoc accounting projects for timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting operations with 2+ years in leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of cash application, reconciliation, and vendor payments
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other relevant tools
• Leadership experience and ability to train and guide a team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
