📋 Description

• Anchor Gurugram engineering hub; lead ~10 engineers.
• Report to MD of Investment Systems in NY; senior on-site lead.
• Not remote; on-site presence central to the role.
• Build greenfield platform team; define scope/roadmap with NY & Dublin.
• Mentor engineers; align with NY & Dublin; integrate Gurugram with global teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering; leadership across distributed teams.
• Global team leadership across time zones.
• Hands-on cred in Python, TypeScript/React, AWS.
• Cloud-based platform design; AWS experience preferred.
• SQL/NoSQL databases; data modeling and performance.
• CI/CD, GitHub, automated testing.
